Duties to include are as follows;Prep, cooking & service of simple meals, prep of food stuffs for the following day, checking & recording of food goods reporting any problems or quality defects, general running of kitchen & staff making sure all hygiene standards are strictly kept, induction of new staff, managing of staff hours and liaising with head teacher. Supervision of thorough kitchen cleaning and annual stocktaking, ordering of food, keeping of records regarding the kitchen, planning staff rotas & allocation of duties. Previous experience of managing a kitchen & preparing & cooking food is required along with a flexible approach to work. Desirable is a food hygiene cert along with a national qualification and own transport. CRB Clearance is also req
