Caretaker

Duties to include supervision of a team of staff within a caretaking role. Maintain the cleanliness of the building and ensure all heating systems are maintained fully. Monitor the usage of gas, water & electric supplies. Undertake minor maintenance tasks as required, and keep all external areas clean & tidy. Previous experience within a caretaking/maintenance role is required and applicants must hold good general knowledge of property maintenance and preferably hold an NVQ in General Maintenance. Essential that the applicant has and adaptable approach to this post and able to work on own initiative. It would be desirable if applicant also has own transport. CRB Clearance also required.
