Temporary Personnel
This is the most widely used of our services. Most industries employ their own staff the year round to meet their minimum labour requirements, when volumes of trade increase temporary staff and equipment are brought in for the short term and an hourly rate is charged per worker, when the peak or contracts are completed then the temporaries can be de–hired decreasing overheads immediately.
Temp To Perm
Like temporary personnel an hourly rate will be invoiced, however at the end of an agreed period (usually 13 weeks industry standard) the casual worker will be free to be taken on by the client without incurring any introduction fee. This service (by prior agreement) gives the client an opportunity to in effect “try before you buy”; in the event the worker is found not suitable they remain the responsibility of MBC and can be de-hired or replaced immediately.
The cost of employment of our temporary staff (employer’s NI and holiday contributions), employee rights and all other statutory payments are the responsibility of MBC North East , you simply receive a weekly invoice from us for hours worked or an introductory fee.
Permanent
This is an introductory service, MBC will source a candidate as per your requirements and job description from our database, or through advertising or headhunting, then we will interview, reference check and then present the candidate to the client for approval. Once the candidate is hired we will simply invoice an all inclusive introductory fee.

All payroll and invoicing is processed via our own payroll company, this provides flexibility and instant response to any special requests for information or any other accounts related matter
