Established in 1995 MBC has been working hand in hand with both small businesses and blue chip Companies nationwide to provide the very best in contract labour and HR solutions.
Originally set up as a recruitment business supplying the construction industry MBC has rapidly gained a reputation for dependability and high quality labour. In 2001 the company was complimented by the opening of our Edinburgh branch enabling the effective servicing of the whole of Scotland.
Recently a turnaround has taken place in the form of re–branding and re –structuring to extend the services of the business into all other related areas of recruitment.
After a decade of successful trading and growth within the construction market MBC has recently supplemented this sector with Oil & Gas, Technical, Industrial, Commercial and Driving. Several of these new sectors are now successfully placing candidates worldwide with the same care, expertise and dedication that has proved to be a formula for success time and time again throughout the history of MBC.
Each sector is nurtured by a consultant that has had a previous working history within that particular industry and therefore understands the requirements and demands of all sector related positions.
